Return Policy

We understand that some products must come back to us. For that reason we work to make those returns as easy for you as possible.

If you notice damage to the package when it arrives, tell the person making the delivery, and don’t accept the package. If the package is delivered while you aren’t home, and it is damaged, do not open it. Call the shipper right away, or notify us at freespiritenterpri@att.net so we can alert the shipper.

If you haven’t used the item, and don’t want it, let us know as soon as you make that decision and we’ll let you know how best to return it. We refund the full purchase amount (less shipping and handling) for unopened, unused, unwanted merchandise.

If you have used the product, and decide you don’t want it, we’ll gladly take it back in an undamaged state. In this case, the refund amount is based on the re-usable/re-saleable condition of the item.

Please do not throw any packing material or paperwork for the item away until you make sure the item works like it’s supposed to. If it does not work e-mail us immediately for the best way to get the problem fixed.

Where applicable the manufacturer’s warranty takes precedence.

If you do need to return your purchase to us please notify us at freespiritenterpri@att.net and we’ll let you know how to proceed with the return.

Once you place your order we have no way to stop delivery or make changes because we process it as soon as we get it. For the status of your order please check through your shipping number.
