Product Availability

Please understand that product availabilities get low sometimes. If we run out of an item before we fill your order, we’ll let you know by e-mail, or by phone if you prefer. In that case you have the choice to cancel your order and receive a refund. You also have the option of selecting a different item (in this case cost is adjusted as necessary).

Expect shipment of your order 3 – 5 business days after we receive it. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

We ship all orders by UPS, FEDEX and the United States Postal Service, depending on the size and weight.When times are slow, such as Christmas, order processing and shipping time may take a bit more time than normal. Please allow for total delivery time of 2.5 – 3 weeks when placing your order.

Average shipping times depend on your chosen method of shipment as follows:

• Estimated Total Delivery Time = Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time .
• Orders placed after 2pm Eastern time are processed on the next business day.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Times apply to in-stock products only.
• The carrier determines Shipping Times. Estimates above are approximations.

All orders include FREE tracking through the shipper’s tracking number.

Please give us a numbered street address because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. UPS shipments include insurance up to $100. Extra insurance may be purchased, but is NOT included in the UPS rates provided on our site. Should you need more insurance you must email us for the extra cost so we may add it to the total.

We accept orders to verified shipping addresses in the continental U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada. We do not ship to any address other than those mentioned above.
